You can attach your existing leash to either the front or the back of the harness, but if you have a stubborn puller, you can pair this harness with our double tethered leash for maximum control.
Why Front Tethering for a leash-pulling dog?
In a traditional harness (or collar) setup, when your dog is launching forward and you are pulling backward, essentially you are playing tug of war with your dog and actually rewarding this behaviour with a game of "whoever-pulls-harder-wins". However, in a front attachment harness, your leash is connect to the front part of the dog's chest, so when the dog launches forward, the tension in the leash will help to turn its chest around. Therefore as your dog pulls harder and harder, it would end up facing backwards and looking at you. So it teaches the dog that pulling would achieve the opposite results, i.e. facing backwards.
A double tethered harness/leash will allow you to use both hands for even better leverage, as well as pulling the dog back AND turning its chest around at the same time for maximum control.
Sizing
Wrap a soft leather tape around the thickest part of your dog's chest and check the measurement.

I also ordered a harness and lead set, but the wrong one was sent - I phoned and the correct one was sent straight away with a return paid envelope to return the other one. So happy with the Vebo anti pull harness and lead I ordered a second one for our other dog. Very happy customer and puppy dogs
Great harness with front and back attachment
